Does it send my data to any external service?
No. The engine runs entirely on your server. SMTP checks talk directly to the recipient's mail server, and the geo database is stored locally. Nothing about your visitors is sent to us or anyone else.
Will it block real customers by mistake?
Every layer is tunable and you can set an allowlist for trusted domains, emails and IPs. Thresholds, hard-block rules and a "flag instead of block" mode give you full control.
Do I need a paid CAPTCHA service?
CAPTCHA is optional and uses your own free Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA v3 keys. The engine already stops most spam without it.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers core validation, CAPTCHA, honeypot, rate limiting and the common form plugins. Pro adds the full detection stack, the network firewall, the geo report, deliverability tools and every integration.
Is it GDPR-friendly?
